What is the Opposite of Asberger’s Syndrome?

I knew the movie "Adam" would be about a person suffering from a mental illness, its not that I also have one but somehow writers and movie makers have a cosmic agreement that movies with mental disorders should be titles with the name of the main character e.g. "Forest Gump", "I am Sam", "Hancock". Adam came out with "500 Days of Summer" and they were both shown in Sundance, but Adam got an award.

How can I describe this movie genre? "Psychological Serious Romantic Comedy"... and I know Adam would understand me because he suffers Asberger's Syndrome, it is somewhat autism, he is a genius but he cannot understand human emotions and understands the world literally... literally.

Adam and Beth meet and they learn about love in the perspective of two different world... a love filled with imagination as Beth is a children's book writer and love as a mere word from a search engine as Adam is an electrical engineer with a mental disorder.

Love is perilous, risky, and confusing what more with someone who would need to understand it by words not by emotions. This movie is for those who are trying to understand love but would like to view it in a very different way.
